How our box erector work
With the help of the so-called ‘walk-in warehouse’, unfolded boxes can be easily entered. The machine can be easily configured according to the box dimensions. This can be done fully automatically or with the aid of hinged levers. The correct settings can be easily read on the machine scales.
The vacuum pick-up frame takes the unfolded box from the warehouse using integrated suction cups. The box is then automatically taped or glued on the bottom. The box is then ready to go through the further production process.

Box erectors are mainly used in the logistics sector. But you can also see this machine in the agricultural and food sector. It is a handy tool for the packaging process, because boxes are automatically prepared for filling.
