How our punnet dispenser work
To begin with, the punnet dispenser must be installed above an existing conveyor system. This is possible on almost any transport system. To start the machine, the operator places stacks of punnets in the punnet input above the machine. Then the operator presses the green button and the machine starts separating stacks of punnets, with a maximum capacity of 60 pieces per minute.
The machine is able to process punnets of different sizes, so that the settings do not have to be changed every time. The machine needs a compressed air connection of 6 bar and a 230V power supply. The punnet dispenser is manufactured according to the international regulations HACCP and EHEDG and has a low maintenance interval.
